Abad Atrium Hotel

Short stay as early morning flight to catch. Great central location for exploring city by foot. M.G. Road is full of restaurants, malls and shops. Spacious and quiet rooms. A/C system needs investigating as you get horrible smells on entering room.

Air conditioning system needs fixing as foul smells blowing into the room.

Location and food

Internet was never working properly and power was going on and off

Great Location. Staff accommodative to any request.

Limited Parking

The rooms and the bathroom were decently large and fairly neat in outlook.Good location and parking facilities.

I had booked 3 rooms and the A/c in all three were not cooling enough. Since we were 3 in one room we raised a complaint and the Technician came looked, tinkered and went away. But there was no positive result. We called again were told they could provide us with a stand fan. But when we asked for the second room with 2 people occupancy they responded stating they didn't have any more fans to provide.

The rooms were clean and beds and pillows comfortable Shower was average .

The air conditioner didn’t cool even after being serviced . If the air conditioner worked well I would have given it an 8But with theA/C problem I give it 7

Everything about Abad is good. The food was excellent, swimming pool was great.

The only bad experience was when you step outside, the vehicles coming out of basement parking lot can be very fast (especially when some government vehicles cone our), It can hit you or your kids also, be careful)..Abad needs to control that.

Decent breakfast, lovely swimming pool with view, wonderful rooms well equipped with all your needs and brilliant housekeeping!

Wonderful food and room specially all the staff are very help we will be back soon

Nothing all good

Staff was very helpful, amazing location central of kochi , food was good

The hotel was very clean, the location is central and the staff was very helpful and friendly!

Clean & spacious accommodation. Excellent location & friendly staff.

Bathrooms can do with re- grouting to freshen up.

The property is well located and is fairly clear

Of you are coming be Car, my advice is don’t stay herewith. Although they have quite a decent parking space, the entire parking is controlled be two local security guards… who are very rude and don’t help of you don’t not tip them handsomely….there is on provision for valet parking also. There is on preference for residents…

Very Central

The first room which were given were so hot despite the AC was on. When I informed the maintenance guy, he personally came to see the AC and mentioned the AC is not blowing cool air. When I informed the housekeeping or reception if I am not mistaken, they suggested they will provide a fan which is totally absurd. I requested a new room immediately. After 5-7 mins I was moved to a new room. The extra bed is extremely hard.

Atrium was well maintained but rooms very tired. Needs an upgrade.

We booked 6 months in advance requesting twin beds. Very unhappy. They added an uncomfortable portable bed to our room. Left no space. No mini bar. Unable to even get a cold drink as we arrived late as our flight was delayed!

Good staffGood location

This is the worst Abad I have stayed so far. I have stayed a few others and they were all very good comfortable properties - The bedlinen was dirty . Looks the whites were beyond cleaning and needed changing. The duvet was old and stained. Coverd up by good house keping skills. The room window had peoples names, obscene words etched on it...like on roadside walls.

Staff were extremely helpful, particularly on the reception desk. Room was reasonable size with good storage. The lift system was an amazing feature! Views from rooftop swimming pool.

The entrance to hotel was off road, meaning you had to walk through underground car park to get out. Swimming pool was also in separate building that meant the same walk.Bathroom could have done with some TLC - dirty bath & shower curtain. We had to clean it before using. Also a stained cushion on the bed.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff , right from the reception, the doorman ,the room cleaners to the dining room staff. Very good breakfast selection ,very delicious lunch and dinner dishes.Hotel very close to shopping mall.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Before the Mall and close to town. Recommended to stay.

All good.

Easy access to all locations, including Railway Station.

Neat and clean, lovely food and the staff are very cooperative.
